Sessions

  • Group sessions: Engage and connect with like-minded individuals. Together, we build a community centered around energy and peace.

  • Individual guidance: Tailored sessions that address your unique needs, ensuring a more personalized experience.

Pricing:

  • Free trial class: Experience what we offer at no cost.

  • Regular classes: € 10 per class.

  • Package deals:

    • 5-session card: € 45 

    • 10-session card: € 90

 

Note: You don't need to attend every class, as there's no fixed course commitment. Join whenever it suits you!

Location:

 

  • When the weather is nice, the sessions will take place outdoors in Vrijbroekpark, Mechelen. We will always meet at the main entrance on R. Desseinlaan.

  • If it rains, I will inform you at the time where the sessions will be held in Mechelen.

  • Monday 8 p.m.

  • Sunday 10 a.m.
