I'm Kim De Nys (born 1982) and founder of Yahuna.

Yahuna is a way to connect with your own feelings, inner peace, gentleness, and strength, making it easier to flow with everyday life. It helps you live more authentically and in a way that truly suits you.

This project is the result of years of work, built on personal experience and scientific studies.

I also hold a degree in kinesiology from KULeuven and have further specialized in Fasciatherapy and Craniosacral therapy, although I did not complete a diploma for the latter due to a lack of interest in writing another thesis and taking more exams.

I led my own practice on Olv. Street in Mechelen until I realized it wasn't what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. A combination of excessive materialistic commitments and a wrist fracture prompted me to explore new horizons.

Following my intuition, I traveled to Hawaii and spent the next five years there. I lived in an old fishing village among the locals, swimming with wild dolphins who came freely to play and rest in the bay. People and animals became my playmates and teachers.

Spirituality, self-awareness, and self-healing had the space to awaken there.

It was a life-changing period for me. I became more aware of what I truly enjoyed, what genuinely made me happy, and I saw a clearer direction for myself in daily life than ever before.

In the years that followed, I traveled extensively, gaining experiences that I now incorporate into Yahuna.

Since 2018, I have been back in Belgium and have established 'Yahuna'. I offer both individual guidance and group sessions, and it genuinely brings me joy to engage in this work. I feel much more balanced in terms of investment and contentment.

You are very welcome to join a session!

Aloha,
Kim
